Day one of working at Simple Cures today and I am trying to pinch myself. For one thing, I can't believe how lucky I was to have been offered a home here in another wonderful acupuncture clinic, Simple Cures (just copy and paste the addy on your search bar: simple cures.ca).
For another, I can't believe that its in Toronto's famous Beaches community out in the southeast end of the GTA - a place that I'd make up excuses to go to just to get a day off to go to and "just hang" in.
As you can see, I am pretty excited on my first day at the east end. Its 6:30am and I'm already up (having woken up at 5:30am). Looks like my summer is not quite over yet! It'll still be a warm and balmy week, I will be down by the waterfront at my new place of work starting today and I'll be lucky enough to have some sunshine to start!
Break out the beach towels, the sunglasses and the sunscreen!! I'm about to get started at my new second acupuncture home in another three and a half hours at the corner of Queen St East and Lee Ave (right by Davids Tea and facing a Coles bookstore).
Still pinching myself at my new beginnings this end of summer....I have a feeling its going to be a nice end of 2018 for me!
